About being home

How I love being here! At home! With my people, people that know me so much that they know exactly what I wanna order at Fran's Café - of course, the whole menu. Which I can't, even if I was the one who would pay for my own food and drink, so... Let's think.
In the meanwhile, me and Nadi and Hito kept talking and talking, and then Bru and Bea (the B&B couple) come, so nicely dressed and all, and they sit and we order. Of course I started with a waffle with hazelnut cream and a sicilian lemon italian soda - never before had drunk italian soda, but it's really good!
And Toks was the last one to get there, but that's fine.
And lots of laugh, as always. And talking about the horrible Twilight saga, those detestable and cliché books that, incredibly, became best sellers AND movies! Get the fucking outta here! But of course, the worse are the fans, 'cause they went all crazy when Stephen King said the truth, plain and simple: "Stephenie Meyer can't write worth a darn". Fact. Twilight is sooooooo faggy (thanks, Putz, for the well-placed comment). Deal with that, lame Twilight fans, you are reading a lot of shit. Try some real vampire stuff - some book where the vampire doesn't shine, puh-lease - such as the new book by Guillermo del Toro, The Strain (haven't read yet, but being a del Toro work, should be awesome).
And a lot of talk about trash horror movies. The funny ones and the waste-of-time-and-money ones. More funny talk and laughs and delicious drinks (some different coffees and cappuccinos and a delicious cheese and broccoli quiche).
And nerd talk. Of course. Douglas Adams, Family Guy, World of Warcraft, anime and manga, and horror games - Fatal Frame and Silent Hill, absolutely creepy.
And I finished my night ordering some Franccino with cookies. Delicious.

What's better than having friends that know you so damn well that the gift they give you is something you WILL put to good use? And they give it to you, with a smile on their faces, saying "you go girl, when I saw it, I couldn't resist and just HAD to buy it for ya 'cause I know you're gonna use it well".
And you know they are right, 'cause they know you so damn well.

It feels good to be home. It feels good to be with you again, and hug and kiss you guys, and hear your voices and the sound of your laughter, and talk non-sense.

Kisses to you people and lots of kiwi juice!!
